1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Professional Financial Accounting Consultancy FZE ("PFAC FZE") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services
PFAC FZE provides accounting, tax, audit support, AML compliance, CFO advisory, company formation, PRO, visa and liquidation services. The scope, fees and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate written engagement letter or proposal.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information and supporting documents.
- Designate an authorised representative for approvals and decisions.
- Comply with applicable UAE laws and regulatory deadlines.
- Settle invoices within the agreed payment terms.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in AED and exclusive of VAT and government charges unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Third party disbursements (government fees, translation, attestation) are billed at cost.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics and design — is owned by PFAC FZE and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and disclosed only to personnel involved in delivering the service or where required by law or regulators.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PFAC FZE's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or reputational losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the engagement letter. Fees and costs incurred up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable Emirate of Sharjah. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.
